St. Basil's church
There is one more serious public project - restoration of St. Basil's church.
It is situated in 55 kilometers from Velikii
Ustyug down the North Dvina river in 7 kilometers from the confluence the
river Udimka into the North Dvina on the left side. The church is well observed
from surrounding villages because it stands on the high hill. On third Sunday
of July local people willingly come here to play, to stay lonely in this sacred
place.
