Our Pepper is cultivated in the Kampot area in South Cambodia. Its unparalleled
taste comes from the unique specificity of the soil where it grows up and its
unique climate. The cultivation of pepper in the Kampot area is a practice that
calls back to the Angkorian age. Renowned in the best restaurants worldwide,
it is available in 3 colors: The Black offers the ber taste, the red one
is smoother, with a full body taste. Then, the White one is the softer, with
subtle aromas.

Thnot is made from the sap of the 'Borassus Flabellifer' alias Thnot in Cambodia.
From this sap is extracted a recog¬nized healthy and tasty sugar. This sugar
is produced naturally, is unrefined and is Organic certified by an independent
organism (ECOCERT). It has a delicate aroma and a distinctive sweet taste with
