Japanese light field howitzer model 91
Created using French model 1913 105 mm Schneider howitzer as a prototype. Serial
production of these guns was started in 1929. Put into service in 1931 under
the type 91 title. The guns of the type were fabricated at the Osaka Arsenal.
The howitzer is equipped with the Steel-rimmed wooden wheels and two metal seats
for the crew.

- Was relocated using a team of 6 horses.
The howitzer was taken as a trophy in 1945 during liberation of the southern
Sakhalin and installed in the museums yards by the Soviet Army artilleryman
in the 1950’ s.
