Alexander Nevsky Cathedral

This beautiful, grand Cathedral in Byzantine 1 style is the modern copy of the favourite cathedral of Cossacks - Bely (White) Cathedral blessed and opened in 1872 and later destroyed in March 1932 during the persecutions of Church. The Cathedral was reconstructed in 2005 according to the saved original drawings and was moved from its original location - the crossing of Krasnaya and Sobornaya (now Lenina) Streets - to the beginning of Krasnaya street.

"Students" Statuary Group

Opposite KubGTU, 135, Krasnaya str„ Krasnaya and Khakurate str, junction

This statuary group is devoted to the legendary comedy, directed by Leonid Gayday 'Operation T and other Shurik's adventures', to students Shurik and Lida, The authors are Krasnodar sculptors Alan Karnaev and Valery Pchelin. The sculpture (1.85 rri high) was established in 2012 in front of the Technological University, It seems like bronze students are walking down the boulevard with passers-by.
