“Sanchae Bibimbap” there is rice underneath even though we are not able to see it. ”Bibim” means “mix” so Bibimbap means mixed rice . You need to mix rice and vegetable on top with sweat chilli sauce with spoon before you eat. We use enchovy stock with radish, onion and kelp for making soup. We both dishes are also suitable to Muslims.It is ginseng chicken soup made of ginseng in Punggi province.
Ginseng chicken soup is very famous soup good for energy booster. You can try it made of halal chicken.It is Bonghwa Songi Dolsotbap.Dolsot is hot stone bowl and bab means rice. Dolsotbab means rice cook in hot stone bowl like in picture.
Songi dolsotbap is mixture of rice and pine mushroom.It suitable to Muslims.
You can experience the nutrition which the soft taste of the Song i(pine mushroom) and incense is abundant at a time.
Before Korea became republic Josun dynasty accepted Buddhism as established religion for 500 years. Buddhism monks obeyed very strict their diet rule as pure vegetarian and it is popular now as healthy diet. You can try these food at “Temple food restaurant” in every where.
