Not only the students of the University gather near it. The observation platform on Sparrow Hills is a popular place: tourists come here to get to know about the city, newlyweds - to make traditional marital vows in front of the entire Moscow, parents - to show the unique view to their children, and simply Moscovites at their leisure. Because the landscape opening up from here can hardly make one tired. This place is always different and always beautiful in its own fashion. The view from the Observation Platform on the Sparrow Hills has been shown in films and described in books many times, but everyone who sees it with his or her own eyes is given a thrill for a while. You see a huge city with its intricate and intensive life. From here, you can see well the Novodevichy Convent, the Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow International Business Center (Moscow-City) with its skyscrapers under construction, the building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the legendary Luzhniki Metro Bridge, and many other sights. The Sparrow Hills Park.
